What images can I turn into paintings?

I can paint anything, as long as I can clearly see the details of your photo. Make sure to send photos that make the subject look good.

If you don't like the way your pet looks in the image, then please don't send it

How do I send my images?

Sending your photograph is easy – e-mail them to lorricollins@sbcglobal.net

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, I do. When you order a painting from me, you are completely covered by my 100% guarantee. Here’s how it works: Your painting is ready within 15-27 working days and emailed for your approval. Please email me with any changes you might want to make.

Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once your pet portrait is ready, I will contact you for you to review it via e-mail or I can post it to my site.
Most of my customers are happy with their first preview. If you feel that any modifications should be made, send me your feedback and I will make any changes that you feel should be made.

What format should my photo be?

Upload your photo in .jpeg! The better the image is, the better your portrait. The larger the file the better!

How long does it take to create my pet portrait ?

The time it takes to receive your pet portrait is approximately 15-27 business days. It takes an average of 8 business days from your order until you receive a preview email. Once you confirm that you’re happy with the painting, it is sent to the printers and shipped to you.

Can you combine pet images from more than one photograph into a single portrait?

Yes, I can. You can send several photographs as long as the eye level of the pets are the same.

I have a special request for you. How do I do that?

Don’t worry, just e-mail me what you want.

What style can you paint my photo in?

I have a style all my own. When you look at the digital images on my site you can see my passion for dog paintings and cat portraits.

How will my artwork be packed for shipment?

Your painting will be shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube. Or you can request the portrait be stretched

What methods of payment do you accept?

I use PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with any credit card you can think of.

Online shopping seems scary. Am I protected from any type of fraud?

Purchasing your pet portrait is 100% safe. Paypal has world-class security and anti fraud systems. None of your credit-card details are given to us. PayPal takes care of the entire process.

The bigger the portrait the more it will cost to ship. Please let me know if you want it shipped via Priority Mail or UPS.
